Refund Policy

If your order is eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date in accordance with our Return or Warranty policies. Refunds will be calculated according to any promotional discount applied to the order. We reserve the right to deny refund requests submitted after 30 days, except where statutory consumer rights apply. We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages or delivery delays once your package leaves our facility, except as required under applicable consumer law. If your order is marked as “Delivered” and you believe it is lost, you must file a claim within seven business days of the delivery date. If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, you must file a claim within three business days of delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 2–7 business days to reflect in your account. We cannot refund purchases to a different payment method.

Promotions

Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable unless faulty. If your order includes a promotional discount and is eligible for a refund, refunds will be calculated proportionately according to the discount applied. Eligibility for free gifts is limited to one per qualifying order unless otherwise stated. If returning items that qualified you for a promotional offer, your refund may be adjusted accordingly.

Warranty Claims
