MOREA offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
For international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are covered by MOREA. In rare cases where local authorities require additional documentation, information, or customer participation, the customer is responsible for cooperating to avoid delays or return of the shipment.

Delivered but Not Received

If the parcel cannot be located, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery confirmation date.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a clear photograph of the items received, and a photograph of the shipping label.
