Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, pouches, and any included gifts must be returned. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back to us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service, and tracking details must be provided. MOREA is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may take 2–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return your original item. Once the return is approved, store credit will be issued. You may then place a new order using the store credit provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration by third parties are not eligible for return. Items returned outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Lifetime Color Warranty

Our Lifetime Color Warranty covers abnormal fading, tarnishing, or discoloration of the gold or silver color finish where this is caused by a defect in the PVD coating. To submit a warranty claim, please email support@morea.customerdesk.io with your order number, full name, shipping address, item name, description of the issue, and clear photos.
